APRIL 5, 3-6pm BBQ hosted by the College of Public Health, who houses the behavioral health graduate degrees. To attend, meet at USF and carpool due to limited parking. Info: gmacias@health.usf.edu. for students, faculty, staff, and families. Food and games provided by the college.
November 14th, 2013 at 6:30pm. The Relaxation Social Hour, food and relaxation will be provided.
November 1, 2013 Gardening Service Day from 3-5p The Behavioral Health Student Organization and the USF Health Service Corps will team up with the Tampa Bay Refugee Task Force to create a healthy garden oasis, where refugees can grow healthy fruits and vegetables. We will be preparing the soil and planting seeds(pardon the pun) for the fall growing season. Up to 15 student volunteers can sign up with Raymond Hess at rhess1@mail.usf.edu.
September 24th, 2013 from 12pm-1pm in COPH Rm. 2022, the BHSO will meet. First, the Institute for Translational Research in Adolescent Behavioral Health will be introducing the program and recruiting scholars for the cohort next year. The latter half hour will be dedicated to an open discussion. Please attend.
